Your healing word is the cause with its sweet songs,
that my breast, which once knew only anxiety,
can be revived with new strength.
My pitiful heart, after tear-filled sorrow,
now feels the bright glow of your merciful look;
your word has brought me so much consolation
that my heart laughs again as if it were beginning to dance.
How well it is with my soul!
