O, Herr Jesu Christe, doch nicht vorübergeh,
bleib mit deim Wort an diesem Ort.
Dein heilge Sakrament erhalt an diesem End,
sonst sein wir wie die Schaf verirrt.
Ach weid’ uns selbst, du guter Hirt.

O Lord Jesus Christ, do not go away;
remain with your Word in this place.
Uphold your holy Sacrament for this purpose;
otherwise we will go astray like sheep.
